You may withdraw funds from your gi777 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must withdraw to a payment method in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00).
• Bonus funds and bonus winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

gi777 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Irregular betting patterns or suspected abuse
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon account closure, any remaining genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal following standard verification procedures.
